Very nice, neat clean and updated. Owner bends over backwards to please. From my visit and observations, I experienced nothing to support any negative review posted.
Mr. Mike was a very helpful gentleman from the get go. He offered to put my weeks rent towards the monthly rate if I decided to stay the month. When I needed help he would magically appear! Helped me to get my stuck slide-out unstuck when I left. Thanks Mr. Mike!!

It was not a pleasant place to stay. The owner is a Jerk. It's like rock parking lot. No trees, He hates pets.
Owner was nice. Whole area was gravel. Fairly level. NO SHADE near camping site...if you have ever been to TX in summer...IT'S HOT!
